I made a crockpot corn and chili cheesecake form my vegetarian crockpot cookbook with homemade tomato jam. It was really good. My first successful cheesecake!
Zucchini pizza sauce with tomatoes and cheese. Yum! The next day we made buffalo chicken pizzas with the zucchini sauce. They were even better! We used the rosemary flaxseed dough and it made the best pizza crust!
