Explosion Bread

I made cheddar beer bread for the first time last night.  I was afraid the container I put the dough in was a little small, but I put it in the fridge anyway.  This morning, there was a big glob of dough all down the side of the container.  I just plucked it off and threw it in the oven, and it was delicious!  I think even better than the pretty loaf I cooked up this morning.
