We had a lovely Father's Day weekend. We went to karate Saturday morning. Then we walked on the trail behind the Wellness Center. We refueled at the new frozen yogurt shop by Sam's Club.

Then, the kids had a sleepover with Grandma and Grandpa. I worked really hard in the garden and did some cleaning. Shawn and I enjoyed sitting on the porch swing, watching Funniest Videos and trying out a new Yoga DVD that his friend Eli gave him.
On Sunday we went to the Wild Things game. We ran into the Gagatkos and it was fun to play with them.
The kids were super delirious at this point after staying up late at Grandma's. Joy fell asleep on the way home.
