Freezing Zucchini

Despite me buying powdery mildew resistant zucchini and yellow squash seeds, our plants have succumbed.  So, we have to save all the ones we are getting.  So, we have frozen 50 cups so far!!  Current count is 176.  Paul did a great job chopping the zucchini with the bench scraper and both kids love helping Daddy with the Foodsaver.
