Pumpkin Seeds in August?

Many of my pumpkins had started to turn orange.  Then, the plants were destroyed.  I decided to start processing some of them. Fortunately, it turned out I had bought 85 day to harvest pumpkins rather than the usual 110 day to harvest varieties).  I froze 12 cups total of pumpkin and made a batch of pumpkin bread dough.  The pumpkin bread (AB5) was so good!  Joy and Abby separated the pumpkin seeds and we baked them up.  They were so good!
