Snuggling with Bear from Grandma Speer

The kids were snuggling with the bear Grandma Speer gave Paul after their big weekend sleepover.  I don't have any pictures to post from their weekend, but they had a super awesome time.  They stayed last Friday and Saturday night.  They didn't want to come home when it was time to go.

Shawn and I quite enjoyed our first weekend to ourselves in 6 years!  We went to sparring class Friday night and then out with the Woods at the old Meadowlands Inn.   I went to karate Sat morning; Shawn went to Med Express.  He had gotten hit the night before in the same spot in his ribs where he got punched at the tournament.  Fortunately nothing was broken.  Then, we went to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings and then to the movies for Dumb and Dumber 2.  Then we relaxed for the rest of the day.  Sunday I had the Children's Sermon and Sunday School then I got stuff done around the house while Shawn picked up the kids.
