The sunflowers were an overall disaster this year. After they all fell down except two, we saved one big head to harvest seeds from. Well, by the time we got around to it, it was half moldy and the seeds were empty. However, Paul had a great time jumping on it and throwing it to get the seeds out. 
We tore out the garden...we think we are going to move it to a new spot next year. The cherry trees defeated Shawn's every attempt to eradicate them and we need to move away from their shade.
