I did my best to make the most of the apples we bought from Simmon's Farm. They were so expensive! Last week we had apple pie, Indian apple soup, apple chili, apple Challah and the giant apple strudel bread. On Monday I made apple sauce and apple butter. Here was our apple dinner: apple chili and apple sauce with apple bread with apple butter!
The kids enjoyed some apple sauce with ice cream. Who needs pie?!
