I have attempted to bake yeast bread many times. I bought a bread machine and tried several times to make bread with it. Each time, my bread had the consistency of a geological formation. We had a cooking class at MOPS a couple weeks ago and our instructor gave us a "fool proof" yeast bread recipe. It worked! It was delicious! Now, the only problem is I can't stop eating it.
