Dinner with the Dale Family

 We had been trying to get together with Emily and Moshe and family but we had been so busy that it was difficult.  So, I decided to make a lasagna and invite them over for dinner.  It was a lovely evening.  The dinner worked out well and the kids had lots of fun.  Dinner was relatively simple, so I wanted to remember it for the future.  We had lasagna, made generally from the recipe in my red checkered book.  I used a variation of my zucchini alfredo sauce mixed with the ricotta for the cheese layer.  No one suspected there was zucchini, and it was delicious!  Instead of side dishes, I just had fruit with fruit dip and veggies with ranch.  It was easy and everyone liked it.  Everyone gobbled up the rolls too.
