Joy looked very cute and was very excited for her first day at "Bok Bok School." When I dropped her off, I got up to go put something in her cubby and she got very teary. When it was time for me to leave, I backed out without any tears, so I was hopeful that it went ok. When I got there, I didn't hear any screaming. Until I got all the way into the classroom and saw her hyperventilating crying in the teachers arms. They said she cried on and off all day. I felt really terrible, both that she was so sad and that the teachers had to deal with that on top of all the other new students. I hope subsequent days are better!
