We've got a couple dozen onions. I think we will have enough carrots to last us through a good part of the winter. We froze 25 cups of them and also made a bunch into a big vat of corn chowder. I couldn't have done it without Marion Wood and kids, who washed and peeled for hours and Shawn Speer for blanching and sealing them!
