We picked wild onion and garlic, yellow rocket, and dandelion greens from our yard for a quiche based on a recipe in our weed field guide. Paul was very excited to make it and we had lots of fun picking all the weeds. 
Paul was much more ambivalent about actually eating the quiche.. He ate almost a whole slice of it, but decided he never needed any more in the future.

Joy even fed him some! The quiche was ok, but I guess I share Paul's opinion. It was fun, but I don't need to do it again.
This is funny because Paul always wanted brussel sprouts so badly in the grocery store. Last week Shawn bought them for him. I cooked them up with bacon. Paul took about two bites and decided they looked a lot better than they tasted!
