Frozen Birthday Party Decorations

I saw the branch in the vase with the 

lollipops idea on the internet and I really liked it.  It turned out to be a ton of work.  It took Paul and I about 2 hours to paint the branches and then it took me about 2.5 hours to hang everything.  I did like it.  I liked the light up snowflakes that Grandma let me borrow.
