Pear Tart
I made this Pear Tart out of my Artisan Bread in 5 cookbook book with my brioche dough. It was very good. We had it for dinner...no dinner, just dessert. Then we took some to Grandma Ely. The brioche dough is so good! I can't stop eating it.
