Mac and Cheese Cook Off Recipe

I've entered 5 recipes for the recipe contest/cook off at the Wellness Center.  I had to photograph each one of them.  The kids have been taste testing all week.   Taste testing the mac and cheese was Joy's favorite part, by far!

Paul at the Stove

It was time to put Paul to work at the stove.  And, he burnt himself on the hot pan.  That'll learn him, I suppose.

Valentine's Day Morning

Paul and Joy were excited about their Star Wars Rebels Legos (to share) for Valentine's morning.

PSC Skates

I was quite nervous about taking the kids skating, because I knew I couldn't hold both of them and myself up.  Fortunately, the best skater I know was available to join us.  The kids had a ball skating with Kristie.  It only took Paul about 20 minutes to be making it around the rink by himself.  Joy skated with Kristie, then between Kristie and me.  I remembered  how much I enjoy skating.  I hope I don't wait too long to take them again.  

A Girl in a Cone

Poor Sammie had a terrible infection on her foot.  Joy had to try on the dog cone first.  Sammie has been wearing it for almost a week now.  Poor girl.  We are all quite tired of getting clobbered by the cone.
