Paul and Cana had fun helping mommy pick cherry tomatoes in the garden. Now, if she can only find the time to wash them, throw them in a pot, then can them!
Paul did really great at his first music festival. He enjoyed dancing to daddy's music, crawling around and getting filthy in the wet grass and playing with all the band girls. He even got to relax in a camping chair at the end of the evening. I think he will love camping when he gets older. Notice that Paul and Daddy match in their white Steeler's t-shirts and green cargo shorts!
Daddy and Gibb did a great job playing the Farmer's Market on a hot August day. Mommy was blessed by a Greek woman who gave her a peach. Paul was a trooper the whole time!
We went to the fair with Uncle Kevin, Aunt Aimee, Kaitlyn, Tugs, Grandma and Pap. Paul got to ride the Merry Go Round with mommy. He had lots of fun in the petting zoo with grandma and daddy. He enjoyed the cars revving their engines at the Demolition Derby.
Last week, at 9.5 months, Paul started to stand independently. He stands for just a few seconds and his legs shake. Then he sits down or holds onto something. I'm sure it won't be long before he takes his first steps!
We were very glad to see Kim and Alivia today. Alivia is getting so, so big. I can't believe Paul will be running around like that and understanding so much and talking so much in 8 months.
